This Holiday Season will face severe winter weather and record holiday/ecommerce shipping volumes.
Customers are strongly encouraged to order early, keep extra product on-hand and anticipate delays of up to two weeks--especially starting the week of Thanksgiving through the end of the year.
Customers with time-sensitive shipments should order
using FedEx Express to minimize the chance and length of delays.

Shipping orders same-day Monday through Friday (except holidays listed above) for orders placed before the shipping cutoff (1:00pm PST/4:00pm EST).
FedEx Standard Overnight and 2-day do not deliver on weekends.
We do not ship Kratom to Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, Tennessee or the District of Columbia. Restrictions on enhanced Kratom products may apply to other states. Must be 21 or older to order.
